You can discover the typical flora and birds life of the Írottkő Nature Park. After the first descriptive board, the image and name of the creature to be presented are shown on the left side of
the educational trail boards. Below there’s a time scale illustrates when the depicted bird is visible in the area, when it spends and in case of a plant when it blooms. On the right side of the board we can find pictograms and textual descriptions about the characteristic features, size, habitat requirements and eggs of the birds.
Its Location: By car from Kőszeg or Velem we need to follow the sign of the Óház Lookout Tower and then we will find the Kincs-pinenő/Okmányos parking lot. Here we will find the
first sign of the educational trail next to the left barrier. Continue on the asphalt road then along the green sign the educational trail leads to the Óház Lookout Tower, then from the lookout tower a foresty dirt road on the gridge is gonna leads us back to the parking lot.
